How do I create a talent profile on Casting Frontier?

Visit castingfrontier.com and click the Join Now button and fill in the form details.

 

I lost my password, how can I get help to log in?

You can request a temporary password by clicking the forgot button in the sign in area. You will be prompted to enter your name and the email associated with the account. Enter the information and press submit and a new password will be emailed to you.

How do I add my Agent or Manager?

You can add or drop agents and/or managers at any time within your Casting Frontier profile. No phone call or email is required. Log into your profile and click the Edit Profile tab. Within the edit profile options, select the Representation tab. Select your agent and assign a category type. To learn more, watch the video here.  Note: your agent or manager must then approve the relationship before you are connected.

I cannot find my agent on the list of available agencies, how can I add my agent?

If you are unable to locate you agent or manager form the list provided, check with your agent or manager to verify that they have a Casting Frontier account. If you or your agent and/or manager require assistance, please have them contact Casting Frontier at 323.300.6129.

I have moved and have a new agent in a different region, how can I update my region?

Please contact Talent Support at [email protected] with your request and we can assist with updating your regional data.

Can my agent create an account on my behalf?

Any agent or manager registered with Casting Frontier has the ability to create a talent profile.

How do I cancel paid services?

To cancel a subscription, please send your written cancellation request to [email protected]

I share an email address with my family who also have Casting Frontier talent Profiles. Can we share one email address for multiple accounts?

You must create your other profile(s) using an email address that is not currently in use on the website by another profile. Then, once the profile is created, you can contact our talent support team by phone or email and request to have the email address on the profile updated to match your other profile(s).

I am trying to create an account but I am receiving a message that my email address is already in use?

This means you most likely already have a profile. Please contact us at [email protected] or 323.300.6129. We can assist with locating account information.
